The Three-drum Dance, Five-drum Dance and Eight-drum Dance
The drum dance, commonly known as the “three-drum dance” and the “five-drum dance”!
Usually, the dance which shows many people playing drums that are secured is known as the ‘drum dance’ and according to the number of drums used, the dance can also be called the “three-drum dance”, the “five-drum dance”, etc!
However, the ‘drum dance’ seen in <The Palace: Tale of Jang Noksu> is slightly different compared to the common drum dance!
In <The Palace: Tale of Jang Noksu>, instead of using drums that are secured, the drums are held by people, giving an illusion of moving drums.
Transforming to the “three-drum dance”, “five-drum dance” and even “eight-drum dance”, this drum dance is ever-changing!
Through this drum dance, the rivalry between the powerful Jang Noksu and royal court subjects is depicted, and a charismatic and exhilarating scene can be seen.
The drum dance that is performed with the charisma of Jang Noksu!
Shall we watch it through a video?
